Welcome to our new website - we hope you like it as much as we do.
Far from a simple refresh, our new website is a completely new design which has been many months in the planning. We’re really excited about how the new Citu website will help people find out more about our developments in exciting, engaging and informative ways. Importantly, the website will play a crucial part in the way prospective residents of our low carbon developments reserve and buy their new homes.
The future of Eagle Works in the Making
We’re in the process of finalising a plan for the ground floor of Eagle Works and we’re looking forward to sharing our vision with everyone soon.
The upper floors of Eagle Works will be home to a variety of businesses, with light and airy dual aspect workspaces currently being created.
Later this summer the Stew & Oyster will open at the Little Kelham Clock Tower.
It’s an exciting landmark for the development - not only will it represent the first business moving into Little Kelham, but it’ll also be the first major addition to the western side of the site, with the Clock Tower apartments scheduled for completion soon as well.
We’ve teamed up with a local street artist to bring an alternative interpretation of the work we’re carrying out at the Climate Innovation District.
Bringing his unique style of slogans and graphics to the Climate Innovation District, Hyro Graff will create two dramatic billboards to bring to life our work on the South Bank in Leeds.
This weekend the Citu team will be at Leeds Waterfront Festival talking about the Climate Innovation District.
It's the perfect location for us, as the festival is an annual event right on the doorstep of where the Climate Innovation District will take shape. With over 30,000 people expected across the weekend, we couldn't think of a better way for people to experience what the South Bank of Leeds has to offer.
