Our award-winning Greenhouse project in Leeds is the UK’s most pioneering low-carbon, mixed-use development, and our most ambitious project to date. From the very beginning, we set out to champion regeneration and set the benchmark for sustainable development.

Greenhouse involves the part-refurbishment and part-new-build of a redundant art-deco hostel in South Leeds, begun in 2004. This distinctive development comprises 172 one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus high-specification creative office space.

Winner of over 30 awards now, Greenhouse has set the standard for the future of sustainable development.
